– Bachelor degree in commerce, accounting, Ain Shams University in 2000. – A legal accountant certificate, tax expert and an accountant in the joint stock companies of the Ministry of Finance, Arab Republic of Egypt.

– Bachelor degree in law, Faculty of Law, Mansoura University in 2009, Arab Republic of Egypt.

– An associate member of the British Institute of International Arbitrators.

– An attorney before the Court of High Appeal and the Council of the State in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

– An arbitrator in the International Center for Mediation and Arbitration (ICMA) in Cairo.

– A member in the Arab Lawyers Union.

– A member in the Egyptian Bar Association.

– High degree of diverse legal experience in various legal fields
